On the day of the event, please verify your reservation details at the information desk to receive your admission ticket.
All cancellations and refunds for reservations are available until 5:00 PM on September 3, 2024.
Due to the nature of PayPal transactions, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed automatically. After requesting a cancellation or refund, you will be guided through the process via email.
A QR code that verifies ticket purchase details will be sent out on the morning of September 3rd (KST). - (Only those who purchase by 11 a.m. KST will receive this. Participants who register afterward will need to go through the verification process directly at the venue.)
